Do you provide free estimates?

Yes, we do for homeowners but not for real estate agents for buying and selling purposes. We have a nominal fee for that service.
Do you have proper insurance?

Yes, we are insured, licensed, and bonded.
How long does it take to replace a roof?

On average-sized residential home(s), it takes 1-3 days.
What is the warranty for your labor and is it transferable if I sell?

All workmanship is unconditionally guaranteed for five years on new roofs and is transferable.
Do you handle/work with insurance companies and insurance claims?

Yes, we walk with the customer through the process and verify that insurance has covered everything within city code, as well as seek supplemental requests to insurance where needed.
Will you obtain all necessary permits?

Yes, we order/pick up all necessary permits and schedule all inspections required by your city/village.
Do I need to be home to get an estimate?

No, our representative will visit your home, knock to let someone know they have arrived, then take all the measurements we need and leave a card to advise of their visit.
